"Bad timing and barely any options"
I was already in a rush when I checked them out, so the timing couldn’t have been worse. Their selection felt limited, and trying to customize anything was more annoying than it needed to be. I couldn’t find the style or options I actually wanted, so after wasting more time than I planned, I just gave up and looked somewhere else.

"Didn’t feel totally safe using it"
I tried using ameristar.com, something about it just felt off. The login was a little weird, a few pages were glitching, and I couldn’t really tell if my info was being handled safely.
Maybe it was just a bad time to visit the site, but I ended up closing it and changing my password afterward. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it right now.

"Got the runaround the whole time"
The dealer just kept sending me in circles, and contractor support never even bothered to call me back. I kept waiting for some kind of help, but nothing happened. Come on now, that’s just a complete waste of time.

"Looks okay, but the description felt a bit misleading"
It looks fine overall, but the wording made it sound like it would have more style or detail than it actually does. In person, the outside design felt plain and just not really my taste.

"Really didn’t hold up"
I wanted to like it, but... it just felt kind of cheap right away. After only a few weeks, it started coming apart, which was disappointing. Definitely not something I’d buy again

"Warranty claim was easier than I expected"
I had to file a warranty claim and wasn’t looking forward to it, but it went a lot smoother than I thought it would. Ameristar got back to me quickly, and the repair ended up being covered without a ton of back and forth. I still wish I hadn’t had to deal with a repair in the first place, but the claim process itself was painless, so I’m happy with that part.

"Delivery was alright, but a few things were missing"
My order showed up a little later than I thought it would, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I had been kind of watching for it all afternoon while making coffee. A couple of the items I actually wanted were out of stock, so that was a bit disappointing. The stuff that did arrive was fine though, no issues with the packaging or anything. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, not something I’d rave about either.

"Rough install experience"
My Ameristar install was a bit of a mess. The installer showed up late, rushed through the whole thing, and some of the unit just looked sloppy when he left. I ended up having to call again to get this and that fixed, stuff that really should’ve been done right the first time. Frustrating overall and not something I’d want to deal with again

"Good price, okay overall"
I went with Ameristar mostly because I was trying not to spend a ton. The price was looking better than some of the bigger name brands, so that part felt good. I’m just not totally convinced it’s gonna be the best value long term. It’s kind of a basic option that did the job, but it don’t really feel like anything special. For the money, it’s fine, but I would still compare a few other ones too.

"Decent, but the maintenance adds up"
It works okay for the most part, like it does what it’s supposed to, well, at least when everything is running smoothly. But over the years, the little repairs kept popping up, and before I knew it, the upkeep had really started to add up

"Felt ignored at first, but they did help"
I had a quick question about my order and thought I was being ignored for a bit, but then they got back to me faster than I expected. The reply actually answered what I asked too, not just some copy-paste response. Ended up feeling happy with the help overall.
